Attendance and participation: course-specific policy

Per the syllabus, attendance and participation were required in the course and constitute 10% of your final grade. Proof of attendance was signatures on the daily sign-in sheet, and excused absences were noted case-by-case. Deductions were made as follows per # of unexcused absences: 

0 - 2: 10% (full credit)

3: 8%

4: 6%

5: 4%

6: 2%

7 or more: 0% (no credit)
