The submission of grades and course instructor surveys is different for education abroad programs than it is on campus. Reminders:
- If a department missed the deadline to request paper CIS forms- they need an alternate plan and should communicate to their department CIS Contact as soon as possible
- Departments should ensure that their CIS Contact knows what courses are Maymesters

Faculty need to return paper CIS to the designated CIS Contact in the department- faculty should not mail the forms to CIS Office
Evaluating Your Programs:
It is recommended that you create a survey or form for collecting feedback from students about the program, even for a longstanding program that has run multiple years. Information gathered from participants is very helpful to better understand students’ barriers to study abroad and the student experience on the program. Consider the following suggestions to obtain feedback from participants:
