Positive Behavior Change Module

You may earn 1 point of extra credit on your final grade for completing this Module; you may participate in this opportunity a maximum of 2 times for a total of 2 points extra credit on your final grade.

To earn 1 point of extra credit you must do the following:

  1. Sign up: Select when you will complete this assignment from the list below. Sign up in advance with your TA or Instructor. Send your TA/Instructor the email (cut and paste information from below) to commit to participation in this one-week experiential learning opportunity.

  1. Complete the Student Module: You will watch a couple of videos, read two short articles, and reflect and track a positive behavior change over a week. This positive behavior change can be anything that improves your wellbeing, ranging from getting more sleep, being more physically active, reducing screen time, etc.  
  2. Fill out the Activity Worksheet and submit: Follow the instructions in the Activity Worksheet. When completed, upload the form to the Extra Credit Assignment Postive Behavior Change. Please name your file: LastName, CourseName, AWS [Ex: Stanforth KIN310 AWS]
