Panopto Remote on i7 Mac minis on Win10

Panopto Remote is all processor. A bunch of Mac minis headed to Surplus had quad-core i7 processors with 16 Gb of Ram, and Win10 installs easily, and these quickly outperformed the Dell Precision 5810 desktops I was using for testing. One of these mini's capturing a Logitech C920 for audio and video, and the HDMI output from a Mac laptop uses 65-75% of the processing power. Throwing another mini into the mix as a secondary input allows us to grab a document camera HDMI output, HDMI output from another laptop, and video from another Logitech c920 webcam. And I joined the stream with an iPhone running Panopto Remote.

Every video setting is set to Ultra in Panopto Remote.
