Panopto Remote on a Mac mini? Yes!

For over 4 years now I have begged Panopto to port Panopto Remote to the Mac mini, something we have a lot of and are quite familiar with.  Alas, this is BootCamp launching Win10 running Panopto Remote, but it's capturing a Logitech c920 via USB, the desktop of the Mac mini, HDMI input via USBC of a PC laptop desktop, and another HDMI camera input, all while staying below 75% of CPU usage....
