If you need help downloading the driver, please contact the service desk at 512-475-9400 or email utprintsupport@utlists.utexas.edu. The drivers are available for download at: http://utprint.utexas.edu Links to an external site.
(The Windows drivers are contained in an installer file that must be double clicked and installed like any other piece of software. The macOS drivers are challenging. There is a file, ReadMe.html, that is included in the macOS driver package. That file must be opened, read carefully, and followed carefully in order to successfully install the drivers. Oftentimes, macOS users opt to use the online file submission method for printing, http://print.lib.utexas.edu Links to an external site. for submitting their jobs. That is an alternative if they cannot get the macOS drivers installed. Also, Windows or macOS users are invited to come to the ITS Service Desk in FAC, next to the ID Center, where the technicians are ready to help install drivers.)
