Exercise 7c - Trello set up for client project inception

Based on the initial planning you did in class this week, meet as a client project team to complete the following tasks before Week 1 of Inception begins.

Deadlines: Based on your sketched inception planning in class, confirm your initial deadlines are still good to go. NOTE: Deadlines can change as you progress further in inception and learn more. These initial deadlines are there to give you a goal to reach for monitor progress.
- Trello action item: Assign deadlines to each card in Trello

Resource: Based on your roles, interests, and personal schedules, assign a primary (and ideally a secondary) person to each part of the charter to lead that of work.
- Trello action item: After this is complete, assign member(s) of the team to that card in Trello

Tasks: Leads of each part (or card) should consider the specific tasks they'll need to do in order to complete this part of inception (e.g. meet with client or stakeholders, create a draft, get feedback, review and signoff final version).
- Trello action item: Create a checklist on each card and then transfer the identified tasks to the card's checklist as items so you can track and check off work being done to complete that part of the charter.
The last step is to take a screenshot of your Trello board once it's fully set up and then upload it here on Canvas before the deadline (i.e. which is before Week 1 of inception starts) so we can see that you've set up Trello properly.
Last tip: Feel free to personalize the Trello board in any other way you'd like by adding a background unique to the client or power-ups that you think will be helpful.
