During your sprints, you will be required to design and develop the following types of materials for your client:
- User materials (e.g. detailed user guide; quick reference guide (QRG); videos; online help)
- Developer materials (e.g. installation guide; coding I/O standards)
- Training materials (e.g. in-person training session; user exercises; presentation materials; train-the-trainer materials)
Before you begin creating these materials, it is a good idea to identify the needs of your stakeholders so that the type of materials is relevant to your client. The goal of this exercise for you to methodically evaluate your stakeholder's needs as it relates to helping them manage change and developing user/developer materials including training.
