Getting started with Trello

Before class, please make sure you watch the two videos below to get familiar with Trello and the KANBAN system which you'll be using in your client project.

During class, you'll be doing an in-class planning exercise with your team starting by creating a high-level plan for the next 4 weeks on inception.  Essentially you'll "gantt out" the inceptions tasks to identify your planned milestones for each tasks.  After you have milestones, your team will setup your Trello board to assign initial deadlines and owners for each card in your trello board.
