  1. Utilize the handout distributed in class to consider one of the four parts of the Risk Matrix.
  2. Complete both an evaluation and reduction strategy using Latinitas case example.
    • If you missed class you can utilize the Risk Eval and Reduction Strategy templates on Risk Mgmt Reading

Assumption about the case:

  • Assume that we have decided to utilize an open source solution called CiviCRM

NOTE:

  • Be sure to include justification comments for all your ratings on the risk evaluation.  
  • On the reduction strategies, be sure to include a strategy for any risk rated a -1 or 0.  If you're unsure of the risk and have rated something a 0, at least identify the action your team needs to take to determine if it is a risk or not.  For areas scored as a 1, no detail is needed regarding risk reduction.
