Exercise 2 - Stakeholders Table (Turn in online)

  • Due No Due Date
  • Points 100
  • Submitting a file upload

You will start creating a stakeholder table with a high-level communication plan for the Latinitas case.

To start, download the Stakeholder template provided on the Stakeholder Reading page and utilize all of the Day 2 reading assignments as additional resources.  NOTE: You can assume that the team that is leading this project is comprised of five 374 students (1 Project Mgr, 2 Business Analysts, 2 Developers)

Please turn this in before class on Day 2. To turn in, please submit a finished Stakeholder Table in Word format on Canvas via the link to this Assignment.  Also, please make an effort to format the table and size text to make it more readable and formatted in a clean, professional manner.

This is an individual exercise.

More discussion on Stakeholder Analysis and the exercise will be covered during class.

NOTE: Use the Good Documentation Practices page to help you complete this assignment.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the examples posted in the readings are just for reference and are by no means a perfect example.  You should never copy/paste straight from the examples you are given. You are expected to think for yourselves and do better than example because the goal is not to learn how to copy others' work.   Please note you will have points deducted if we catch you copy/pasting other project work into your own.
