Education Abroad uses Canvas courses as a logistics tool to prepare students for participating in their program prior to going abroad. Students are added into the courses once they are accepted, and the pages include program information to help students prepare for their time abroad.  We also use Canvas as our main mode of communicating with students via the Announcements section. Below is an example of the Canvas Home page and the contents of the course.

If you want to request a Canvas shell for your Maymester or Summer program please email Erin Brown Achterhof elbrown@austin.utexas.edu to add you as a teacher to the template course.
