Financial Aid and Scholarships

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for Federal Financial aid, programs must offer at least 6 credit hours in the Summer, and 3 credit hours for a Maymester. Students must have a FAFSA on file with the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarship.

 

Maymester Process:

Step 1-MyAbroad portal application Step 2 Financial Aid modules in MyAbroad portal Step 3 Budget submitted to OSFA (end of November) Step 4 EFAN to student (mid December/Early January) Step 5 Money direct deposit (2nd week of February)

 

Summer Process:

Step 1 Qualtrics Survey sent to students (mid March) Step 2 Financial Aid modules in MyAbroad portal by  (April 1) Step 3 Budget submitted to OSFA  (April 1-15) Step 4 Student registers for Summer  (April 20 -  May 1) Step 5 EFAN to Student  (Early May) Step 6 Disbursement (direct depost)  No more than 4 days before program
